Non USAT members will have to purchase a one-day license.
Packet pick-up will be at Archibald Park.

Information:
Early registration is recommended due to field limits.
Registration capacities are: 1,000 individuals and 40 relay teams (Madeira Beach Mad Dog Triathlon);
150 youth and novice adults (Mini Madeira Beach Mad Dog Triathlon).
Entry fees are non-refundable. Entries can be transferred to other athletes through May 1, 2007 with prior
written approval from the race director. A $20 transfer fee applies. Race management reserves the right to
cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions.
Race management also reserves the right to accept or reject all entry forms.
